Mr. Niemeyer is a civil engineer specializing in project management and railroad facility evaluation, design, construction and maintenance. Since leaving the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company in 1989, he has established his own engineering business and has personally directed Niemeyer & Associates, P.C. participation in all projects to date.
Mr. Baca has over 40 years of signal maintenance and engineering experience with the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroads. He is working as Chief Engineer on all N&A signal projects currently in progress.
Mr Davitt has more than 30 years of railroad experience with the Union Pacific and Chicago and NorthWestern Railroads. He provides N&A with CADD services.
Mr. Iwinski has experience with the Chicago North Western and Burlington Northern and Chicago Burlington and Quincy in the analysis, design, supervision and construction of various railroad bridge, building and environmental construction projects. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in the State of Illinois. He is past President of the American Railway Bridge and Building Association and the Maintenance of Way Club of Chicago. He is also past Chairman of AREA Committee 8.
Mr. Johnson, who was Vice President Mechanical for the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company until 1995, has an excellent managerial record. He has held positions in both line and staff operations, with pronounced emphasis on human interactive, cost, analytical and administrative improvements.
Mr. Lilienthal has 20 years of experience in telecommunications engineering and construction, 10 years for MCI Telecommunications. He has worked on the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Right-of-Way, Burlington Northern, Norfolk Southern and CSX Con-rail and has coordinated construction projects to avoid disruptions to the network and other service providers.
Mr. Markworth worked for Union Pacific Railroad specializing in environmental concerns. He is a licensed P.E. Civil Engineer in Nebraska, Wyoming, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
Mr. Ragsdale has over 27 years of experience with Burlington Northern and Chicago & NorthWestern Railroads and has worked with N&A for over 10 years. He provides project management and general office support in the corporate office.
Mr. Riehl has experience in the analysis, design, supervision and construction of various railroad track, civil, bridge, building, facility and environmental construction projects. This experience comes from a number of roads both large and small and is rounded out with contingency engineering experience gained as a military engineer.
Mr. Sargent developed design concepts for various projects for the Union Pacific Railraod. He has authored several magazine articles and has made presentations on behalf of the American Railroad Bridge and Building Association. He has professional registration in mechanical engineering in Texas.
Mr. Snyder has worked as Chief Engineer for Chicago and North Western and Union Pacific Railroads responsible for the construction of all track, bridges and buildings and the maintenance of bridges and buildings. He was General Director Track Programs with Union Pacific Railroad responsible for planning, scheduling and implementing the tie, rail and surfacing programs on the entire UP Railroad. He is currently providing his expertise on track related projects for N&A.
Mr. Sparano has 29 years of engineering experience with Southern and Union Pacific Railroads in various capacities. He maintains client contact in the Western Region of the states and has been actively involved in several projects since joining N&A in 2000.
Mr. Steele has over 30 years experience with Union Pacific Railroad and as a Structural Designer. He is active in the American Railway Bridge and Building Association and the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance Association.
Mr. Tallent worked for Southern Railroad and Norfolk Southern with responsibility for structural field operations. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Transportation Management. He is a past-president of American Railway Building and Bridges Association and is Structural Group Vice President of the Americal Railway Engineering and Maintenance Association.
