Niemeyer & Associates, P. C. is an engineering firm founded in 1989 by Ted Niemeyer after his departure from the Chicago & North Western Transportation Company.

Initially working as a sole proprietor, Mr. Niemeyer has developed a network of over 125 associates throughout the United States and incorporated in the State of Wyoming in 1994. N&A provides engineering and railway industry related services to numerous clients including railroads and transit companies, industries, governmental bodies and others requiring rail-related services. Since its beginning, the vast majority (over 99%) of N&A's work has been rail-related.
